Artist Statement

To me being an artist means more than just visual arts, it means that you create. Whether it is creating masterpieces or painting a building. This definition means that no matter how I go on in life I will always be an artist at heart. In my portfolio I am constantly creating paintings that continue to push me in my talents and techniques. Not only am I painting but I’m experimenting, from learning clay and 3D media. My art has been an outlet of expression as I work through my experiences, my hurts from the past and present.
